I was in for oil change. I selected the most expensive package. After I picked up the car, only five days, I got the battery low massage. I could even start the car. I call in, the receptionist told me ” today is Saturday, you can leave your car in the parking lot for two or three days, a Tec may have time to take a look. I don't understand, you did not check the battery levels when I send it in for service in the first place, you make customers wait for a few days just for a battery change. This job even AAA can easily handle it. You always have a long wait for your service, no other dealerships like it. Mercedes check you in, check the battery, change a new battery plus car wash, only take 30 minutes. I will not get another Range Rover to put up with this kind of service. More
