I was in for oil change. I selected the most expensive package. After I picked up the car, only five days, I got the battery low massage. I could even start the car. I call in, the receptionist told me ” package. After I picked up the car, only five days, I got the battery low massage. I could even start the car. I call in, the receptionist told me ” today is Saturday, you can leave your car in the parking lot for two or three days, a Tec may have time to take a look. I don't understand, you did not check the battery levels when I send it in for service in the first place, you make customers wait for a few days just for a battery change. This job even AAA can easily handle it. You always have a long wait for your service, no other dealerships like it. Mercedes check you in, check the battery, change a new battery plus car wash, only take 30 minutes. I will not get another Range Rover to put up with this kind of service. More

Within a few hours I was in the dealership, test driving, quick numbers with Sales Manager Dario and signing with Rachel in Finance. I am a pretty critical person and have nothing but positives to share about my experience. I am extremely happy with what I received for my trade and the deal I scored on my new car. I strongly recommend working with Randy to get the vehicle and deal that you need, he can make it happen. The support staff after that will take care of the rest. More
