My wife arrange the appointment and went to drop off the car. First, the person helping her can't find her appointment and asks her what she is bringing the car in for. This is the second time we have brought the car in for service at that location and have been met with the statement, "Well your car is out of warranty..." like that would mean we should go somewhere else for service. We purchased a certified used Jaguar from a Jaguar dealer. We're more than willing to pay for services, but we don't feel like this dealer is interested. We're likely to look for alternatives going forward. More

Great with Sales - went back and forth (a little), but frankly these cars are in demand so they didn't move much on price. My wife and myself got a chance to purchase a 2020 Jaguar XE on December 14, 2020. We worked with Alec from start to finish during the process. Being out of state buyers Alec made sure the process was sur XE on December 14, 2020. We worked with Alec from start to finish during the process. Being out of state buyers Alec made sure the process was sure and we had all the information available prior to visiting the dealership. Upon arrival Alec had the car ready for review inside the dealership under covered parking due to the rain. The agreed upon price did not change once we arrived with hidden fees. Alec went above and beyond after the vehicle was purchased in assisting me with selling my current vehicle at another dealership, this action took loads of stress away being that this was on out-of-state purchase. Great service, this was the second vehicle in the last 3 years I have purchased from this dealership. More

No prepared for the appt, actually said he had the wrong name. I was not updated on service and when picking up my car I was not given a report on any finding etc. I asked about my squicky breaks and I was name.
