The purchase experience was good with Sami and the finance process was good with Jeff. Since the completion the follow through has been horrible! We experienced an issue getting set up with the remote app needed to utilize the remote vehicle start feature. Despite numerous requests to resolve it, it is still unresolved over a month later. I am sure that if owed them money still it would have been completed long ago! This could have been a great experience if they only would have followed through with resolving this issue!
