Failed to repair the car, when called to pick it up it was not fixed, so we left after driving at rush hour to pick up vehicle. Was told the car fixed a week later, drove to the dealership only to find ou was not fixed, so we left after driving at rush hour to pick up vehicle. Was told the car fixed a week later, drove to the dealership only to find out it was not repaired for the second time. Had to leave again without our car again. The worst experience I have ever had at a repair shop and to be asked to pay an extreme premium only to receive terrible service. Ownership and management should be embarrassed and horrified by the service you provided my family. More
