Do NOT buy a Jag ever! My car was in the shop over 9 months and even with a lawyer it took them that amount of time to buy back my car. It should have taken a month. They are horrible to work with and t months and even with a lawyer it took them that amount of time to buy back my car. It should have taken a month. They are horrible to work with and take forever to respond. Then they told me to bring my car back as the check was sent. It wasn’t and the6 wouldn’t give me a loaner. Awful company to work with. I was shopping out of state and Sami really helped me out in addressing my questions about car and process. I also did trade in and process was smooth as well. After car delivery I had some minor issue with in addressing my questions about car and process. I also did trade in and process was smooth as well. After car delivery I had some minor issue with purchased car and Sami took ownership in closing all the gaps. Dealership stands behind cars that they are selling and it is extremely important, especially when you are buying used car. More
