Didn't rotate tires or check brakes even though I paid for that. Service engine and check brake pad lights still on. Didn't change dead key battery. Paid $1,200 to basically have oil and steering fluid changed, and to check wipers, fluids, lights, and air in tires. All I wanted was oil and filter changed but felt pressure to pay for their basic service which is a rip off. He said I'd have to "reschedule" to just get the oil and filter change even though that was what I requested when I scheduled the appointment. It is about what I've experienced before though. At least they are consistent. More

Buying a car from Jaguar was a great experience. Alec has a great attitude and has a great approach on letting the customer run their own show (not being pushed into anything). Wednesday morning drop off, no communication about timeframe of repair so they had to Uber me home. Thursday evening they text my car won’t be ready until Friday so come get one to borrow. They had to Uber me back, he went to the incorrect address and asked me if I would walk there. Had to put down $100 and Rent a car. Friday evening they text won’t be ready until Monday. No word until I text her Tuesday evening that it will not be ready until Wednesday. Horrible experience! More

We discovered a specific vehicle on the dealership website we had been looking awhile for and anxiously contacted the dealership. It was a holiday and we didn’t expect a response until the next business day, however, Alec in sales promptly replied to our inquiry. He confirmed the vehicle was still available and we scheduled to meet the next morning to negotiate the purchase. We felt well-received and respected by the dealership management, and that we were treated very fairly considering our excited interested in the vehicle. We really wish this type of customer service existed everywhere, but sadly it does not. Keep providing and setting the great example of excellent customer service you demonstrated, Alec.
