My sales rep Tyler was superb! He worked very hard for me just as he said he would. I definitely would give him 10 stars out of 10. However, I’m dissatisfied with Nicholas Kostelec He worked very hard for me just as he said he would. I definitely would give him 10 stars out of 10. However, I’m dissatisfied with Nicholas Kostelecky in the financial department. I paid cash for my vehicle in the form of a check. I was informed that a soft credit check would be required, as well as a loan application. However, Nicholas said that upon clearance of the check, the loan application would not be processed. He said the loan application would be ripped to shreds, and he’d even offered me an opportunity to watch him shred the application. I took his word that the loan application would not be processed and therefore I passed on watching him shred the application. But to my dismay, I received 3 pieces of mail from 3 different banks/credit unions informing me that they’d received my loan application. I was extremely disappointed and believed I’d been lied to! There was no need to process the loan application because my personal check cleared my bank account right away and my credit score was excellent! More

We purchased over-priced chains for our 2020 Land Rover Defender. One of the reasons why people overpay for chains at a place like the Land Rover dealership is they presume that they will get some value a Defender. Failed to repair the car, when called to pick it up it was not fixed, so we left after driving at rush hour to pick up vehicle. Was told the car fixed a week later, drove to the dealership only to find ou was not fixed, so we left after driving at rush hour to pick up vehicle. Was told the car fixed a week later, drove to the dealership only to find out it was not repaired for the second time. Had to leave again without our car again. The worst experience I have ever had at a repair shop and to be asked to pay an extreme premium only to receive terrible service. Ownership and management should be embarrassed and horrified by the service you provided my family. More
