I was actually very disappointed with the service. After I left the service center my engine service light was still on. I reached out immediately to the service center and was then even more disappointed a I left the service center my engine service light was still on. I reached out immediately to the service center and was then even more disappointed and upset. When I mentioned to the service rep that I had an engine light on, he then blamed me for not saying it that during my intake. I am not a car expert, but I would think that part of a service technician’s normal diagnostic and service checks would be to confirm the status of something as simple as the check engine light. After talking more with the service center, they told me that the light was not on during the test drive, which is not true, since the light being on was part of the reason for my visit. Additionally, when I pay over a thousand dollars for service I expect for the service people to pay attention to all the details, especially a warning light. I am so disappointed with this visit, and the mishandling of my issue by Shane Harrington that I am considering selling my car and getting out of Land Rover altogether and reaching out to the main corporate offices to further escalate my grievance. This not the “luxury” service I expect when I purchase a luxury car. Now I have to take time out my busy life to drive back to the service center to get this issue fixed. More
Just bought a Jaguar F-Pace about a month ago. Great experience at the dealership. The people I saw were available, courteous and willing to help. I was able to try the vehicle for about an hour which i experience at the dealership. The people I saw were available, courteous and willing to help. The experience with the person from the finance department was great too, clear explanation about everything, and no pressure to take additional options. More

I am very disappointed about the service I got after I bought the car. Sergey, the salesman gave me a good deal. We did not get it all done and called to see if I could get another session but I did not get any response back. I took my car for first check and the personwho assisted me was not knowledgeable about my car..ie, I asked if I could charge my car in a Tesla station and he said..although not a 100% . I also asked about an adapter to be able to charge at a Tesla stations..since there are more stations available.I expected to get a better answer. I don't drive my car to any long trip since I really don't where I can find a level 3 charger so I don't have to wait for hours. If jaguar really care about making sure that we have all the information we need to enjoy our driving experience. I am used to getting a great service at the Mercedes dealer and I'm surprised how substandard the jaguar service. They are dealing with luxury car and I hope they can improve. I love my car bit I'm not sure if I would buy another one from them ..the next time I buy a car. It is too bad, because my car is beautiful but service is tantamount! More

Since this is my experience at all dealerships I’ve previously bought cars from. Their first offer for my trade-in was right on par with what I had in mind! Family was getting ready for a long road trip. Went in for full service/$1117 including charge for filling up DEF. Got more than 500 miles down the road in the middle of no where to discover no DEF was pu for full service/$1117 including charge for filling up DEF. Got more than 500 miles down the road in the middle of no where to discover no DEF was put into our vehicle, though we were charged. We filled it up ourselves after locating a service station with the fluid. What else didn’t they do that we were charged for? Called the service to ask what the heck. No return call. More
