This dealership is not very customer oriented compared to other luxury car dealers. The maintenance department is not very efficient. I have my Jaguar I-Pace for a year now and have tried to get them to answ other luxury car dealers. The maintenance department is not very efficient. When you call the maintenance department it is hard to connected. I guess, I'm frustrated because I am used to being at the mercedes dealer. I love the car but the service at this place is poor! I had just had my engine replaced (under warranty) and I had been w/out my car for a few months. Land Rover Bellevue loaned me a car for entire time (at their cost). A few weeks after I got my car back I had been w/out my car for a few months. Land Rover Bellevue loaned me a car for entire time (at their cost). A few weeks after I got my car back I got a dashboard message regarding my gears defaulting, I panicked and called Shane who had helped me with the engine. He let me bring in my car and helped me with a rental (at my cost). He was going to try and fit me in as soon as they could. I got my car back in 4 days! Such a relief. Shane was beyond accommodating and helpful, I consider him a superstar. More
