We had appointment at 1 PM for our first oil change and a couple recalls. I got a call at 12:30 PM from a service rep. right after I arrived at the front door of the service department he said that you guys couple recalls. Don’t believe the time they give you , it will be about a 7 hour wait. All we were doing was getting yearly oil change . Had no idea we had to pay for all the extra charges, that’s not we wanted.
