Had serious problem with the first service manager who I understand has now left the company. I was not informed that I no longer had a service manager that I could contact. I was not informed what was happening with car which had been in the service area for over a week until I called. However the new Service Advisor, Michael Oakeley has made every effort to ensure I have received good service. That is why I gave a four star recommendation. More
