WOW, I can not say enough about the service we received on our last visit. On a scale of 1-10 I would give Michael Oakeley an 11. He was professional and basically did what he said. He was always one step ahead of me reminding, me to get my garage door opener before I left to having the automobile washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. This was the worst experience we've ever had with a car dealership and perhaps our worst retail experience ever. It was surreal. Our car was supposed to be back in 3 days after warranty checkup and minor dealership and perhaps our worst retail experience ever. It was surreal. Our car was supposed to be back in 3 days after warranty checkup and minor repair. After 3 WEEKS of calling almost daily and never getting a response (we were put on hold, transferred to no one, to voice mail, told they would "call back if you leave a number," etc.) we finally drove out there, found our car on the lot and demanded it back. (They told us it would take awhile to locate, and thankfully we had anticipated that stall.) It still needs a new seat and they didn't do another repair they said they would. Odds of them "calling and scheduling an appointment when the seat arrives" as they promised? Zero. Do not use this dealership. (Another typical observation. They sell you free carwashes when you buy a car. But we've never been there when the carwash wasn't "already scheduled.") How this place is still in business is beyond me. More
