I'm writing a review due to buying a car from here for my daughter and we had an issue with a flat tire and we had zero equipment such as a wheel lock that was missing to help us at this moment we needed ins daughter and we had an issue with a flat tire and we had zero equipment such as a wheel lock that was missing to help us at this moment we needed inside the car. We contacted multiple times Adam Gallardo (sales manager at Land Rover Bellevue) to get the equipment we need to fix the tire we were told that he would get back to us about the issue he then did not get back to us about it. We then tried to contact multiple times and finally after the second incident of a flat tire and with help of a new service manager at the dealership we then got that equipment ordered and we had to pay for it. Please inspect your vehicles before taking off the lot to make sure you have all the proper equipment needed in it, so you are not stuck in an emergent situation with no equipment. I suggest not going through Adam Gallardo what if this was an emergency or with the help of Emergency personnel we needed this and didn't have it. They also then made us pay for equipment which shouldn't of had to buy, it should have come with everything that was needed. More
