No communication after dropping off my vehicle. When I contacted them, they told me it was ready. I showed up, paid and waited for my car to be brought up. After 10 minutes they said "oh we're sorry, it's probably being washed. We only have two people in that department today." After 25 minutes they said "oh we're sorry, it's off-site. You can wait, or, we can have someone take you there to pick it up.". What the heck! They don't even know where my car is? Why would they have told me it was ready when it wasn't even there!! Each and every time I take my vehicle into this dealer I end up frustrated. More
I would like to give a big shout out to Bobby, he was/is very knowledgeable of the vehicles at this dealership. I was actually there ( Walk-In ) to support one of my friends in purchasing a new SUV ( I was very knowledgeable of the vehicles at this dealership. I was actually there ( Walk-In ) to support one of my friends in purchasing a new SUV ( I was not planning to buy a new car for myself). Well, this 2022 Jaguar caught my eyes, and lets just say, after my friend bought his SUV, I also purchased the Jaguar ( we drove them home the same night). Bobby and his staff stayed extra hours to make sure we got all of our questions answered as well; Bobby is Great! More

Service at Bellevue LR has always been good, but ever since the new service facility opened, it’s gotten that much better. Scheduling is easy, reminders are great, text messaging is perfect and the since the new service facility opened, it’s gotten that much better. Scheduling is easy, reminders are great, text messaging is perfect and the SA’s do what they can to ensure money is spent wisely. Keep up the good work! More
