I have purchased 3 vehicles and had multiple services done at Bellevue Jaguar and have been more disappointed every time I go in. My most recent visit will be my last. This was an annual service appoin done at Bellevue Jaguar and have been more disappointed every time I go in. My most recent visit will be my last. This was an annual service appointment for my 2018 Jaguar XJ. I called for this appointment in early February and the earliest open appointment was mid April. When I arrived I was met by an unfriendly service associate who proceeded to tell me that the service would only be a complementary oil change not the bumper to bumper I was told I would get every year. I asked why and was told the service manager declined it because I was over 30 day past the anniversary of the original purchase in mid February. I was shocked because the earliest the could get me in was April. I find most of the people I deal with are unfriendly and have trouble saying Yes to anything. Never any problem saying No or We won’t etc. I expect much more from a luxury dealership and will now be taking my cars elsewhere. I am sure Range Rover / Jaguar Corporate would be stunned to know about my treatment. I am not alone. At least 2 friends have had the same experience there and will not go back. More

I recently purchased a 2021 F-Type R. This is my 2nd car I have purchased from JLR in Bellevue, WA. My salesman for the 2nd time, was Zoran. Horrible experience, service manger in charge of my vehicle's warranty repairs was dishonest. This is my second vehicle purchase from this dealer and it will be my last. First purchase was 15 years vehicle's warranty repairs was dishonest. This is my second vehicle purchase from this dealer and it will be my last. First purchase was 15 years ago and was a great experience, obviously things can change with time, and did for the worst in this case. Bolts were even left off my vehicle after the repair and I had to install them myself. I'm afraid to dig any deeper into the repair, and see what else is not done correctly. More
