During my last two service appointments, Eric Tyukalo was so thoughtful and considerate in helping to get my car taken care of asap. He always reached out and kept me updated along the way. I have purchased 3 vehicles and had multiple services done at Bellevue Jaguar and have been more disappointed every time I go in. My most recent visit will be my last. This was an annual service appoin done at Bellevue Jaguar and have been more disappointed every time I go in. My most recent visit will be my last. This was an annual service appointment for my 2018 Jaguar XJ. I called for this appointment in early February and the earliest open appointment was mid April. When I arrived I was met by an unfriendly service associate who proceeded to tell me that the service would only be a complementary oil change not the bumper to bumper I was told I would get every year. I asked why and was told the service manager declined it because I was over 30 day past the anniversary of the original purchase in mid February. I was shocked because the earliest the could get me in was April. I find most of the people I deal with are unfriendly and have trouble saying Yes to anything. Never any problem saying No or We won’t etc. I expect much more from a luxury dealership and will now be taking my cars elsewhere. I am sure Range Rover / Jaguar Corporate would be stunned to know about my treatment. I am not alone. At least 2 friends have had the same experience there and will not go back. More
