When I first walked in and met Eric we thought he was a bit rude and not even greeting us nicely, After he became more helpfull and answering my questions. Regarding the service my bill had extra charges that were not suppose to be there after Eric reviewed he removed them, also I had a bag of plastic containers cost around $50 dollars a pack and the disappeared I am assuming someone left them somewhere and forgot to put them back in my car. I also texted Eric regarding some things that are not working properly per his request and I have not received any feedback on this from him originally I had told him this was going on when I took my car in for service so It did not get fixed that is the reason I texted him videos and he has not responded! Overall not a very nice experience. More

Buying a vehicle from Land Rover - Bellevue was an awesome experience. I was lucky to have selected a excellent Salesman "Sami" and his teammate "Michael" who both treated me like a champ. Sami was about as nice and professional as you can get. Absolutely not pushy like most salesmen, which for me is a major turnoff. I purchased a Land Rover several years ago, but this experience with "Sami and Michael" topped that by far! I highly recommend LR-Bellevue and if your lucky enough to have Sami as your salesman and Michael as his backup when purchasing a Defender I assure you it will be an excellent experience! Mark More

Eric was fantastic! I was scheduled to have my key fob rekeyed and it was supposed to take (2 hours which I didn't know) and had an appointment to get to.
