Bobby took my phone call attempting to verify inventory on-hand shown on the internet. When I came up to look at the vehicle I inquired about, Bobby talked with me. We walked through and looked at several on-hand shown on the internet. When I came up to look at the vehicle I inquired about, Bobby talked with me. We walked through and looked at several other vehicles and options. We talked about size (both mine and the vehicle's), what my uses were, and why I was looking at specific vehicles. I purchased a similar vehicle to what I originally called on, and am confident I made the right choice with Bobby's help. Michael walked me through all the technology in my vehicle, the bells and whistles stuff. He did a great job of showing me how, where, why things are placed where they are. He talked about preferences and why some things are a better idea than you think. When we were finished I felt I had a very good understanding of how to properly operate my new vehicle and it's technologies.
