I was extremely disappointed in experience bought car from you & took over a week for diagnostic when car had to be towed. Positive experience once battery a simple fix was diagnosed as issue. My issue was the length of the entire process. I needed to travel a long distance and between being forced to come in and have them tell me what I already knew was wrong, to the length of time be I needed to travel a long distance and between being forced to come in and have them tell me what I already knew was wrong, to the length of time between the next appointment, to the third appointment needed because when the opened the box, the part was damaged, it took be 4 months to complete the effort. Sales and post sales support has been excellent. Sami in sales was responsive, respectful of our time, easy to work with, and informed. Michael was, as always (we've bout a few cars from this dealership), super helpful, and great at explaining new features of the car to us. Service pre COVID was excellent but we've had issues with long lead time for appointments and difficulty getting accessories which is a problem everywhere. This said, it's the only reason I rate dealership at a 4 and not a 5 at this time. More
