He never complained about the hours and hours it took us to make our decision. This was by far one of the best experiences we’ve had at a car dealership. It was time to revive the dead XK8 in the garage; it had been in there for a year and wouldn't start. Previously, took it to another shop; they installed a new battery, and months later, it was dead. I call been in there for a year and wouldn't start. Previously, took it to another shop; they installed a new battery, and months later, it was dead. I called JLR of Bellevue and they were booked out months, but took it anyway and without guarantees, fit it into the times when they were waiting on other projects. It worked great. They got to my car in a week and found the problem-- a stuck door latch that kept a solenoid activated, causing the battery to drain. Some TLC and a new battery later, I was good to go. The service coordinator did an excellent job of keeping me apprised of what was going on and fitting it in. Stori listened to me about the various little anomalies and relayed them all; it worked and the tech people were able to find the problem. It was pretty efficient and the customer is satisfied. More
My 2021 Range Rover had a mechanical issue and had to be towed into the dealership for service. When I arrived I was surprised to hear it would be 2 to 3 weeks before it could be looked at, and that there towed into the dealership for service. When I arrived I was surprised to hear it would be 2 to 3 weeks before it could be looked at, and that there was no loaner car available while I waited for my car. After several phone calls with the service department and the salesman who sold me the car, they were able to get my car looked at about a week after the incident. Everyone I dealt with at the dealer was extremely helpful; Stori was a terrific service advisor, and the service manager Devin worked hard to get my car back to me as soon as possible. No complaints with the personnel at all! I understand that staffing is an issue these days (I run a business myself and we deal with this almost daily). I was disappointed that without my phone calls, I would still be waiting for my car. And I was very disappointed that the dealership does not have a loaner program when a vehicle still under warranty requires service, especially considering what I paid for my car. I rented a car for the 12 days my vehicle was in the shop; not a big hardship, but money I hadn't planned on spending for a rental car. As I said earlier, I'm very impressed by the staff I worked with at the dealer; I think the dealership should review their policies regarding loaner vehicles, as well as look into hiring more service staff. I brought in my Land Rover Discovery Sport for the annual maintenance. In the past, dropping off the vehicle with a service agent has been extremely lengthy with a long wait time, even if one had an appointm maintenance. Stori, my agent, met with me within minutes of arriving to my appointment time, and was professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. She also made sure the rental agent was standing by to send me on my way. We had many intricate schedule amongst out family members, so this was tremendously helpful. Thank you for not adding to our stress & making our experience calm!! If I were to nitpick, the vacuuming of the interior was basically non-existent... More
