I think the service is very thorough, but I have a problem that took a while (over night) to fix. When I tested the fix, it worked fine on the beginning leg of my trip but did not work on the way hom problem that took a while (over night) to fix. As soon as I reported the problem (it was just a couple of days since the repair) I stopped receiving the nice emails and haven't heard back! It took me one year to get into service to get this fixed and now I have to start all over again. Is it really worth waiting another year to get my seat heater fixed?? I'm not so sure! More
