Michael Franzi is also a gem and true reflection of what Jaguar brand is about; customer obsession and automotive experience perfection. He provided a true luxury car orientation experience, with great level of very practical information and recommendations. Overall, after having seen Porsche, Mercedes, and other luxury brands purchasing experience, as a car enthusiast I cannot express how happy and satisfied I am with my Jaguar Bellevue experience and I wouldn’t recommend any other brand or dealership to friends and family. Waited 2 months to get a defective key fob replaced. All they did was change the battery and call it good. Key fob still doesn't work. Also, they were supposed to fix rear sticking door. I'm a car guy through and through and have purchased many high-end cars over the last couple of decades, and can say without hesitation that these guys are the real deal. I will definitely purchase other vehicles from them in the future, and I highly recommend these two salesmen. More
