The purchase process was ok; post-purchase, there was little to no communication. My brand new Range Rover sport infotainment system would keep hanging and Service told me to wait a couple of weeks to g little to no communication. The car should not have been sold with corrupt software on it and it's not great to ask the customer to wait for service. I also bought the luxury brand for exceptional service expectations but so far I haven't been impressed with the follow-up. More
