I had my car towed to the dealership after the service department told me to. It was dropped off and I called to verify. The first guy was nice and said he didn't see the car but then called back and sa department told me to. It was dropped off and I called to verify. The first guy was nice and said he didn't see the car but then called back and said the car was there and he would get it scheduled. when I called back for a status, I was placed on hold for over an hour and told my car wasn't there. I drove to the dealership and it was in the sales lot. The front desk person was rude and told me that it was dropped in the wrong place and it would be at least 2-3 weeks for a key to be programed (I was told 1-2 days before towing the car in) I asked for a manager, and he was able to get the car done by the end of the day. I was told previously that the service department takes care of the customers better if they purchased from that dealership which is sad considering the Land Rover brand has lost my confidence for future purchases. More
