This dealership had an incredible selection of vehicles which initially drew my attention. I showed up interested in one of the F Types on the lot when I was met by Bobby. I have had a lot of experiences w which initially drew my attention. I showed up interested in one of the F Types on the lot when I was met by Bobby. I have had a lot of experiences with salespeople in the past and was expecting some one disingenuous and pushy. Bobby was anything but that. He walked me through the F Type, provided feeback, other model suggestions and spent a significant amount of time answering questions. Full knowing I wasn't going to purchase he still set me up in a test drive and insisted that he unlock other cars on the lot for me to hop in and see if I liked them. As it turned out, the F Type was a bit small and I ended up sitting in a 2018 RS7 instead. Bobby let me take it for a spin, I thanked him for his time and told him I would be in touch if I decided to pull the trigger. Fast forward 2 months. I pop in the dealership to ask a couple questions on the RS7. Bobby remembers me and my wife by name, the car I was interested in and STILL wanted to be sure it was the one I wanted before committing. Within an hour I walked out with keys to the car. The guy does such a fantastic job with customers. 10/10 would buy there again. More
