My experience with the dealer's service department has been absolutely awful. It took me over 3 months to get in for service, then my car sat there for 2 weeks and had no updates on a window seal needing been absolutely awful. It took me over 3 months to get in for service, then my car sat there for 2 weeks and had no updates on a window seal needing to be replaced. I got the car back, but the issue was not resolved as it wasn't approved for repair. I have now been asking for an update on the warranty claim or pricing to do the repair outside of the warranty for 2 months. Not a single call back or response from the dealer even though I have called and spoken to the service rep and service manager. If you are buying a car and expect it to be serviced at this dealership, think again and look elsewhere. More
