Headlight change out takes forever. Scheduled a headlight bulb replacement with the dealer. Was supposed to take an hour tops. Arrived at the appointed time and was checked in. Was told Scheduled a headlight bulb replacement with the dealer. Was supposed to take an hour tops. Arrived at the appointed time and was checked in. Was told that the car had an airbag recall that would need to be taken care of as well. Dealer said they’d provide a loaner for the extra time it’d take to address the recall issue and that they’d provide the loaner “right away”. I agreed. Nearly 2 hours of waiting later and no sight of the loaner. In fact the last time I was there for another scheduled service I had a similar experience of endless waiting. This time for a pickup to collect my car from the dealer once the service was complete. This wait was over 3 hours with no good reason. On both occasions the incidents were handled unsatisfactorily by the dealership/management. More

In the spirit of being fully transparent, the only negative thing i’d Say about our experience is our car wasn’t ready when we came in to sign the paperwork! Guess the PDI Info has to still be downloaded into it! The anticipation of coming in and getting our car was kind of anticlimactic since we had to wait another 24 hours for the car to get prep’ed! All in All however, was a very pleasant experience and we will surely buy another car from randy and Nicholas! More

We were happily pleased at how quickly they were able to leave in our new car which was in by 11am, out by 1:30. it would have been sooner except they wanted to detail the car before we left. Oops so so sorry ....Not Where to start ? We purchased a 2017 Land Rover discovery $86K with all the bells. Our sales person Zorn was wonderful not pushy at all. We purchased Where to start ? We purchased a 2017 Land Rover discovery $86K with all the bells. Our sales person Zorn was wonderful not pushy at all. We purchased it drove it home. The next day we noticed some issues with the trim in the vehicle. They were to be replaced under warranty. We dropped the car off on a Friday and picked it up the following Friday. All that was done was window tint and clean the car. It was there for the molding isssue along with tint and detail since it was never done. So we leave and make another aptment to fix the molding. Now mind you it’s the same issue in 3 of the 4 doors. So we drop it off again. Pick it back up and they only have fixed one. This time they vacuumed the car but in the process scratched the center plastic by dragging the hose across the center. So they buff it out. We yet again make an appointment. In our email it supposed to take 45 mins with a wash. Okay now 2.5 hours later the car is done. We told them at the beginning no wash just vacuum but be careful. Yet again they scratched the arm rest. Oh we will buff it out .... NO YOU WILL NOT YOU CAN REPLACE IT NOW. So we leave to head home stop and pick up food and when putting it in the back seat notice the place where they were working on is still torn apart ! Peices on the floor and seat ? ????? You had it for 2.5 hours scratched it and then never put it back together ? This place is a hole in the wall who cant keep any promises! Skip this dump! More
