Lack of Customer Service I arranged to purchase a used 2016 SV Range Rover a month ago from this dealer. A very significant purchase and i have been totally underwhelmed with their lack of service and follow through. I arranged to fly to Seattle from Portland to pick up this vehichle. Made an appointement with them and arrived on time expecting the paperwork i had sent them the days prior to be completed and ready for signatures. I had to wait over an hour to sit down with their One finance person who obvioulsy was aware i was arriving to pick up the vehicle. By the way, i was a 100% cash buyer so a very easy transaction. When i drove the vehicle back to Portland i discovered many items missing from vehicle, which was listed as certified used and everything working. Missing front floor mat, missing remotes for video system, and the worst thing is they gave me an owners manual for a completly different vehicle. To their credit they sent me the remotes, and i went out and purchased the floor mat,but i am still without an owners manual and continue to get the run around from the salesman on when i should expect to receive it. Lets see it's been a month now, that should be enough time for them to send me one. I have a friend in Seattle who owns a Rover andd he says the service in Seattle is terrible and he always services his car at the dealer in Portland. I can understand why now. Very dissapointed with the lack of follow through and professionalism with this dealership. More

Good service experience, but car wasn’t vacuumed as promised The service experience was solid, and don’t have much feedback in terms of what was intended to be done. We bring it to the Land Rover because the assumed attention to detail and quality. The cost is obviously higher than another service center, so I would assume that this would be done consistently. we have taken the car seats out so that the cleaning could be done, but we're disappointed when it wasn’t done. Wow! Above and beyond. I wish I could say something bad. A six and a half hour train trip to this dealership and I'm still happy. They found me a lower Interest rate on to I wish I could say something bad. A six and a half hour train trip to this dealership and I'm still happy. They found me a lower Interest rate on top of everything I asked for. They sealed the deal for this guy. I'm a pain in the but to the car industry only because most dealerships are wormy at best, this was an experience like no other. I'm very happy and I will buy my next rig at this place. More

Disorganized service center While all of the staff that we dealt with at the service center were friendly, we were continually disappointed by how disorganized they were. Both my husband and I were hung up on separate times while being transferred from person to person. They neglected to call to set up a shuttle when they said they would. One time that I called during business hours, the scheduler was "out" and they asked me to call back in 2 days to schedule my service. When we brought the car in at the scheduled time, they did not have our appointment written down and tried to turn us away until they talked with the person who had set the appointment. Each of the 3 times we had to come in for this issue, they were harried and "understaffed for the day". The work they did was fine, and like I said, they were friendly and respectful, but they need to figure out some better systems for organization. More

Lexus was a much nicer experience. It is also to bad that you have to make an appointment to have your car washed where having owned several Lexus's it was a much better overall experience for a less expensive vehicle. More
