No one should be treated like this I took my LR4 in to be serviced because the break lights went on. My car was less then two years old and I am a stay at home mom with young kids who goes very few places. it was crazy to think the cat had worn this fast on my account but I don’t know cats well so I assumed it was just how it is. I was told by my father later, a 20 plus year auto dealership general manager that this should not have been the case and that something in the alignment was off. To save a long loooong story I called to enquire and was met with a nice, and respectful but plain-that’s just the way it is conversation. when my dad insisted I dig a little deeper and reach out to the general manager dimetri I did so. That’s where the issues truly begin. I was told that he did not care if I ever bought a car there again, that he did not care if I ever got service with his dealership again. He accused me of calling him a liar because I questioned the break and wheel lifetime. He told me he would give me my service for free because he’s was apparently a liar. I’m 38. My husband and I are both in the health care field. Our jobs in life aside from being parents and friends, are to be of service and help others. It is not every day that someone speaks to me on a way that makes me feel like a low life, but that is exactly how he made me feel. Like I was trying to get something for free, when all I wanted was to understand and to have them take responsibility on the he part that was due. I’ve only had my car serviced at this dealership. I have kept up with every service my car has needed. My car has been kept in except shape dispite having little children and we just wanted to know how this happened so quickly and how to avoid it in the future. We made the decision not to use this dealership again based simply on the way we were treated by the head of its establishment. The person who should have had more tact and respect for the individuals who do business there. BE WARE. More

Steer clear of this xxxx show. Yet another disappointment. Went in yesterday for a replacement on 2 door seals which is under warranty. Also to reapply crystal fusion to windshield. When we arrived we were told only one door seal was ordered and they didn't know about the other. Which is complete bull. We were told it would take a few hours even tho our mail stated if would only take 45 mins max with a wash and vacuum. The last time we were in they washed and vacuumed our car. But in the process they scratched the center armrest which is shiny piano black plastic. They said oh sorry and buffed it out. So this time we said be careful not to scratch the center arm rest like last time. Yup yup yup . Well the car was finished and well the center arm rest was scratched again. Oh we can buff it out said the sales manager . NO YOU CAN REPLACE IT NOW ! How many times do you buff scratches out of a car in the same spot before re-painting them ? We then left luckily we didn't go far before discovering the other mistake. They removed the tread plate on the floor and left it on the floor with extra pieces . Nothing like a huge hole in the floor luckily it popped back in but still can you not finish the job that you started ? You think when you spend $85K on a car you would get great customer service. I feel like I purchased a car from Sloppy Joe's car Depot Well after 6+ trips back to this xxxx hole are car is finally fixed. We went back last Saturday to have the issues finally addressed and God willing no new issues came up . Got a call from the dealer today saying they would no longer service our vehicle ! I couldn't be happier the feeling is mutual . I will shout from the roof tops and spread my experience as far and wide as I can ! Everyone will know how xxxxty your service is ! I will also spread world to my mechanic who will also pass along my experience. Ps. Matt ( the service manager) your a joke your not even qualified to work at Walmart ! That dealership is going to sink with you behind he wheel Ther only person that was always pleasant was Zoran. He took care of us during the car buying process. He went above and beyond. My first annual scheduled maintenance went quite smoothly and completed in half the time I was expecting. I had a couple of minor concerns that she addressed promptly and courteously. Waited over an hour to drop off car to be serviced. Had an appointment for over 2 weeks to drop off car. It took over 2 weeks to get an appointment for minor issue. I arrived 10 minutes early. I sat for 30 minutes before service agent met me. Then I waited another 30 for him to do the intake and get the loaner car ready. He informed me that 8 service technicians were out and it would take a while to adjust my brakes. I purchase the car only 3 months earlier. Bottom line - it took them a week to adjust my breaks. So far I have not been impressed with the sales or service departments. On a positive note, I love my Range Rover Supercharged Sport. I just really do not like dealing with this service department. Also it’s a dumpy service lobby. No comparison to the upscale Seattle BMW service department which gets 10 stars. More

Lack of Customer Service I arranged to purchase a used 2016 SV Range Rover a month ago from this dealer. A very significant purchase and i have been totally underwhelmed with their lack of service and follow through. I arranged to fly to Seattle from Portland to pick up this vehichle. Made an appointement with them and arrived on time expecting the paperwork i had sent them the days prior to be completed and ready for signatures. I had to wait over an hour to sit down with their One finance person who obvioulsy was aware i was arriving to pick up the vehicle. By the way, i was a 100% cash buyer so a very easy transaction. When i drove the vehicle back to Portland i discovered many items missing from vehicle, which was listed as certified used and everything working. Missing front floor mat, missing remotes for video system, and the worst thing is they gave me an owners manual for a completly different vehicle. To their credit they sent me the remotes, and i went out and purchased the floor mat,but i am still without an owners manual and continue to get the run around from the salesman on when i should expect to receive it. Lets see it's been a month now, that should be enough time for them to send me one. I have a friend in Seattle who owns a Rover andd he says the service in Seattle is terrible and he always services his car at the dealer in Portland. I can understand why now. Very dissapointed with the lack of follow through and professionalism with this dealership. More
