The service department did a wonderful job of expediting the final punch list items on the vehicle and ensures I had transport options home and back during the two days of service. After signing all documentation hard copy was handed to customer .MISREPESENTATION on price FEELING it was a fraudulent business deal. Taken advantage of. Our car was essential stuck in port and long story short, it was a less than an ideal situation. However, Nick and Katie worked with us continually and did everything in their power to make sure we were informed and as happy as we could be without our new car. However, tomorrow, my car is ready to be picked up and looking forward to a long working relationship with this dealership. We are very pleased. Things in life happen sometimes that are out of our control, but it is how it is dealt with.
