Please understand, the people I have dealt with (except for one notable exception) are always nice but the service process if horrible. In my latest drama, I showed up at 10:30 for a 10:30 appointment, checked in and grabbed a coffee. After sitting for 20 minutes I found out the service manager decided to call a mandatory meeting. It lasted 30 minutes so while I (and about 6 other customers) are still sitting there waiting the 11am appointments start rolling in. You had a room full of furious customers, embarrassed consultants as they all came out of the meeting knowing they were 30 minutes behind. Then I was informed that I would have to pay for my free service because I was 6 days early. However, I received the dark and foreboding message last time I was in that I couldn't go a single mile over the recommended service or all of my warranties would be void - I had less than 100 miles left before service was required which wouldn't have lasted 6 days - so which is it? The service was done and unbelievably on time, for the first time ever. However, there were several problems I mentioned to the service person after I received my keys back and asked him to research because in the past they have kept my car for 1-2 weeks while they researched the problems and tried to figure it out. Finally, they don't even do a quick vacuum or run it through the carwash. My husband had his Mercedes serviced the same day - his car was sparkling clean, vacuumed and cold water bottles in his cup holder. Honestly, my lease is up in 12 months, I love my car but I won't buy here again ONLY because of the service center. More

He combines a great sense of fun with a comprehensive knowledge of the vehicles he is selling, despite only being with the brands for a month or so! My husband and I really enjoyed the whole buying experience with Elliott and the other team members we encountered, it was stress free and did not take up too much of a precious sunny weekend in Washington. We love our Jaguar F-Pace and look forward to the visit from Nam in a week or so to make sure we are getting the most out of the technology. Absolutely recommend Elliott and Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue. More

Great Service Rahim, service manager was a grate help. Patiently listened to me and made a notes about all of my LR4 problems during our conversation with him. He promised to fix everything before he will return my car back and he personally drove it to make sure that all problem has been solved. He is a man of his word. Other people were in a big help as well. Tyler, service advisor, young ladies on the front desk, JZ (I am not sure if I spelled her name correctly) rental department, I could call them all as a very valuable assets of Land Rover Service Department.
