The phones ring off the hook and everyone's desks are piled high with papers. When I arrived on time for my appointment, my paperwork wasn't in the drawer, I had to wait for someone to find it and then meet with me, they didnt have a loaner car so I had to go over to Enterprise and get a car from them (adding at least 15 minutes to an already hectic morning). Dropping off the loaner meant I had to go to Enterprise then wait for someone to drive me over to Range Rover. Then, of course, I had to wait at Range Rover. The VW dealer in Seattle is so much more efficient, has tons of loaner cars and never makes you wait. Very poor service from what should be a high end dealership. More

Super friendly service and professional service I asked to check a warning light and brakes. Attention to detail can be many things . When you’re the agent acting on behalf of a customer giving the correct part number to the windshield replacement company is attention to detail. . When the customer asks for specific work to be done but gets a quote that lists items outside of that narrow request attention to detail would be giving the customer a quote that only covered the things they asked for. As the agent working on behalf of the customer attention to detail would be making sure that the windshield was the right one before allowing the removal of the old one... I was thoroughly inconvenienced by a lack of attention to detail. When we are talking about servicing a vehicle and working directly with a customer who is currently considering replacing their vehicle a lack of attention to detail damages customer relationships. They are an amazing group of professional mechanic's and It took 3 dealerships service centers to finally fix my LR4s A/C, this group figured it out! They are an amazing group of professional mechanic's and Patty is an incredible Service rep she knows cars and trucks. I don't want to be visiting service centers but if I have to this place is the reason to get your car serviced. If you have to use their shuttle service Manny is a really cool guy! More
