Warranty Service During my first annual checkup, I mentioned that the headlights were getting moisture inside the lens on both sides and that the decreased nighttime i During my first annual checkup, I mentioned that the headlights were getting moisture inside the lens on both sides and that the decreased nighttime illumination was a safety concern to me. After the shop checked out my concern, I was told that new lenses would be ordered and I would be contacted to schedule the replacement under warranty. When the lenses arrived, my OUTSTANDING service writer (Patty) contacted me scheduled the work around my busy schedule. I arrived 30 minutes early and was cheerfully greeted and the service process was started immediately. Patty also told me to plan on half of a day for the appointment but, as usual, it took less than half of the planned time. This is, by far, the best service center I have ever used in over 40 years of vehicle ownership spanning 9 separate brands. It is well worth the drive to get such outstanding service! More

My only regret is that I should have inspected the interior of the car more closely at the dealership. Upon arriving home I noticed that the plastic door thresholds were scuffed and scraped, and the car was not vacuumed or cleaned in any way. I admit that I probably have higher cleanliness standards than many people, but I would expect the dealership to do a better job in delivering a much cleaner new car. All dealership team members need to appreciate the impact that they can have on the customer's experience. More
