When they did acknowledge me, they failed to inform me that there would be a significant wait time; I had an 11:00 appointment and waited until 11:45- only because I pestered them a few times. Who knows how long I would have waited had I not been persistent. It was only then that they informed me that there office was “short” two people that day and “sorry” for the wait. I completely understand getting behind and having things happen beyond their control. However, I do not understand the lack of professionalism in such a busy high-end dealership. I would have appreciated a phone call and would have been happy to move my appointment time back. I got no phone call and little acknowledgement for my inconvenience. I hope the service center management will implement some new policies of professionalism, especially for unforeseen circumstances. Hint- a phone call does wonders! Also let owners know their wait time! It’s better to be up front than to let someone wait. Smiles and kind words also help. The actual service: I needed an oil change and basic tune-up, Everything in the car seems fine. A+ for mechanics. The car wash here is a joke. Management: Please train the washers better, hire more washers, and/or let owners know the wait time for a wash will be longer. OR, just warn the owner that the wash is really just a ‘rinse’. I love my Land Rover and I know this service center is busy, Regardless, no business should be run this inefficiently. I hope this review helps. More

However, my most recent appointment was a much better experience. Robin Meyers was the service adviser assigned to me that day. I will make sure I request Robin for all future service appointments. She is experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. Not only did Robin make sure I had her contact information and provide regular updates, but all issues were resolved and my vehicle was ready ahead of the time promised. I also was much more impressed with the reception staff than in my previous visits. More

I met Marcos the first time around who recovered a bad situation and turned it around into a good one and a sale. This time around I went straight to Marcos who had the cars I wanted to see ready when I arrived and had all the information needed to make the decision process way better. Its unfortunate that the process of leasing any car which involves trading in an old one and finance takes so long (4-5hrs from start to finish), but Marcos made the painfully slow process bearable with his excellent customer service, stories and humor. I'd recommend Marcos to anyone wanting a professional / fun car buying experience. Katie in finance was also great and made the admin side as quick as possible. More
