Terrible customer service I had a recent annual service for my vehicle at this location and the service was terrible. I got very little information to help me understand what t I had a recent annual service for my vehicle at this location and the service was terrible. I got very little information to help me understand what they were servicing on my car and spent 1100 dollars on routine work even though my car was just serviced last year and is three years old. When i returned to get my car they “forgot” to wash it and then did a hurried wash and left muddy footprints all over the driver side floor. I have had multiple bad experiences at this location and will not be returning. More

Intransparent and expensive service My annual check was estimated to be around $850 over phone when I made a service appointment. When I arrived it went up to $1025. I asked why the price is different and didn't get a clear answer. I need to mention that last year I was told that the next annual check would be below $500. Which clearly appeared not to be true. They told me that the next annual check (30000 miles) would be $2350! It is insane! My friend is paying for his more expensive Lexus mush much less. Now I am thinking to sell my car and move away from Land Rover. I am disappointed. Please note that David was friendly and professional and the receptionist was helpful ordering me Uber. More
