Five stars! Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. We had a two hour travel time to get to this shop and they were more than accommodating. They (Eric) even sent texts to keep us updated. They let us know of recalls and did them for free. The price of the whole thing blew us away by how cheap it was. Overall, great experience. More

Adam is a great guy who really does not want to waste your time and wants to make the deal. He would let you know if it’s possible or not upfront and if he can make it happen or not. Incorrect guidance and overcharged me I took an appointment for changing diesel fluid. Since my vehicle is a leased vehicle, i was told that my car comes with free maintenance and service. I took an appointment for changing diesel fluid. Since my vehicle is a leased vehicle, i was told that my car comes with free maintenance and service. When i took the appointment, i confirmed with the person that diesel fluid is covered and is free. When i went to the dealership, they asked me to sign some paperwork as formality. They didn't mention about the money that i was going to be charged not did they collect money in advance. It was a mistake on my part too, not to check the paperwork before signing as i was in rush. At the end of the appointment when i came to pick my car. they charged me $254 (50$ for fluid and rest for labor. Ridiculous!!!). I tried to explain them that i was told that this free at the time of taking the appointment. I asked them to lower the price but instead they threatened me to send it to collections if i don't pay. Totally bad way of handling customers. Finally ended up paying the whole amount but the experience was really bad. When there is money involved, they should let the customers upfront. I wouldn;t recommend this dealership to anyone. More

However this time around it was a different experience. Looks like a lot has changed in the last two year. The staff are very friendly and not at all pushy. My sales rep Marcos was a true sales man. He ensure he gave me the space needed while choosing my car. I changed my mind several times and every single time he was patient enough to show the car, give a test drive and ensure we are happy at the end of the day. Kudos to Land Rover of Bellevue. More

Service and suspension recall Took my car to get serviced. They were ready for me , paperwork, loaner, everything was great during the drop off. At the moment of the pick up , I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received , specifically from “Alina” . Respectful, courteous, communication throughout the process and way my vehicle service was addressed and returned. In fact, when I was ready to get back into my vehicle Alina checked it herself first and decided she was somewhat dissaointed with the vacuuming and wiping job inside so she notify me she was sending the car back again for a few mins to return it perfectly clean for me. Not only she took care of my routinary service but she truly involved herself to the very end to make sure I was happy after I left. I expect this kind of treatment after trusting our best interests in this company. I expected nothing least than this but she truly exceeded my expectations. I’m giving her 5 starts since she made my experience worth each one of them. -Aileen D. More
