Fantastic! Dropped car off for recall airbags, and all around vehicle check. I was warmly welcomed and taken care of from start to finish by John Shinledecker. Dropped car off for recall airbags, and all around vehicle check. I was warmly welcomed and taken care of from start to finish by John Shinledecker. He was excellent and kept me up to date with everything being checked, as well as estimates for a few things he suggested. Car was returned washed and vacuumed. All great! More

So frustrating I had my car towed in with a dead battery. It took them all day to even look at it. When I arrived to pick it up I was told it was not covered under I had my car towed in with a dead battery. It took them all day to even look at it. When I arrived to pick it up I was told it was not covered under warranty even though my car is new. I questioned it and was told again that it was not covered. I paid the $600.00 for a new battery, and when I got home I looked in the warranty manual only to find it was in fact covered. I called what happened and was told she was "just confused". I asked them to credit my card, but was told that was not possible, I had to wait for a check. Fast forward three and a half weeks I still have not received anything. I called and talked to them today and was told the request was still sitting on the managers desk. This lameness is not what I have have grown to expect with Land Rover. 12 years and 5 different Range Rovers and I am done. I moved here 2 years ago and have had 2 bad experiences with this dealership. Bye Land Rover, Hello BMW. More
Waste of Money and Time! I brought my car in for a check engine light and was up sold on a $1200 service after my car had been serviced the week before! I told the manager I d I brought my car in for a check engine light and was up sold on a $1200 service after my car had been serviced the week before! I told the manager I didn't need an oil change (my brother is a master technician at a different dealer) and had performed all services the week before. I was then lied to and told I have to pay $1200 even though my car doesn't need service in order to keep my warranty and to turn off the check engine light - my car is two years old and has 16k miles, still under warranty for a few more years/miles. That is unethical and illegal advice from the service department! When I picked my car up, the check engine light came right back on! I was told I'd have to wait two weeks for an early morning drop off appointment. I noticed that my tire pressure was off and asked them (twice) to fix it when I brought it back two weeks after the initial service. They didn't. They didn't offer me a loaner car, paid for one shuttle ride - and continually told me alternating stories on what was wrong with my car and when I could get it back! Total waste of money and time!! My car still has the check engine light on, still has low tire pressure after I was told I had to pay $1200 for a full service (oil change) that my car didn't even need! More

It didn't affect the driving, was more of a nuisance. I didn't bring it in but figured I would ask for it to be fixed on this servicing. I was told I would have to pay for the fix, even though it was clearly caused at the last servicing. I was not happy about that. 2) When I picked up my car at this annual servicing, the 'service required' light was still on on the dash. I did go back into the office and was told that because I hadn't received the 'full factory service' then this light was going to be on and there was nothing to be done about it. I told my advisor that was unacceptable, there was no way I was going to put up with seeing that light every day for a year. She then asked around and found out she had made a mistake with my service. I certainly didn't ask for a stripped down service, I was willing to pay for the standard 5 yr/45,000 and whatever needed to be done at that interval, including getting rid of the service required dash notice. She did scurry around and finally found a tech who was able to get rid of it, but it took quite awhile and I just sat outside and waited. I will most likely take my car to Seattle Jag for future services. More
