Also their concept of getting Uber is not working plus their signs for the service area is confusing as most uber drivers are worried going past the 'dead end' sign. These attributes and the superior vehicle service we recently received will keep us coming back to JLR Bellevue for years to come. Like many people who drive cars, our days are filled with work, family, and other related obligations that make most changes to routine somewhat troublesome. JLR Bellevue understands that concern and addresses it by providing efficient and convenient services to minimize the impact. For instance, the online scheduling tool for our first annual multi-point vehicle inspection was easy to navigate and set. The coordinator, Vanessa Sanchez, also gave us a call soon after to answer some questions we had about service, cost, and a loaner vehicle. That efficiency continued during our interaction with Service Advisor, Alina Mars, who was pleasant, professional, and informed throughout the day of service. Alina was also able to provide a loaner vehicle that let us test drive a new Jaguar and run errands while waiting for our car. A great experience all around. My family appreciated the help and value Alina, Vanessa, and others from JLR Bellevue provided. Thanks. More

They keep you posted on everything that os happening and even provide you with a free uber that covers 15 miles so you can get back to work. They also provide a rental car but the best thing of all is they really make you feel like you have nothing to worry about and the car will be fixed the right way. I would only trust the dealership to work on my Jaguar xf. From free quality coffee and a very friendly greeting to quality customer, I would highly recommend bringing your car to the Jaguar and Landrover dealership in Bellvue. More
Great service. Docked for turning off safety features. My service rep was great. She communicated well and made the experience seamless. The service was fat and well documented. I have one HUGE problem with how I received my vehicle: Both the headlights and wipers were turned from AUTO to OFF. I keep both on auto, so I never think about turning either on. I drove home through twilight and into darkness with my headlights off. Once I got off the freeway, I noticed that they were off. I'm guessing that all switches get checked as part of the "X point checkup", which is great, but put stuff back how you found it!! I can imagine a thousand reasons that they would leave everything in the off position, but that needs to change. It is a huge safety issue and the dealership would be responsible if there were consequences. Stop doing this. If you can't stop doing it, explicitly warn people that you have turned off safety features. More
