Car broke down second time driving it, got no help from Adam Adam was great initially, however my Jag broke down immediately after I got it, and now the service center has had it for over a week. They want to keep it and do an overnight test drive, yet it negatively impacts my me as it comes out of my yearly milage plan. When I tried to get an milage extension on the lease, Adam (the dealer) was of no help and forwarded me the JLR website link to find the customer service contact information. When I asked why he couldn't help me and why I needed to spend more of my time dealing with this, he gave me a "yeah it's a weird relationship" explanation. Do not buy these vehicles, and don't go to this dealer. Absolutely ridiculous. More

Good experience Unfortunately there was an issue with the on-line booking tool so the dealership had no record of my reservation but they still accommodated me. Oil Change I was helped immediately, my repair work was done on time. And my car was shiney and vacuumed when I picked it up. Very happy, except every service I needed was $250, oil change, $250 freeon charge, $250 transmission fluid f look ush and refill, $250 pwr steering fluid flush and refill. Those last 2 were extremely high in my opinion. More
