After hours and hours of test driving and narrowing down a perfect fit, I was pleased to purchase the 2018 E-Pace. I enjoyed all personnel very professional and welcoming. Katie in finance is like sunshine on a cloudy day. Not to mention the Amazing hot chocolate and tea cookies. Thank you for keeping me occupied with the basketball game on the big screen. At the cashier window i asked why the service report wasnt available; was told I'd need to speak to service advisor who wasn't working when i picked up my Evoque i sent an emil requesting the report. After waiting 3 days for a reply, i sent a follow up email. Finally received a reply stating my vehicle ws still in shop being worked on and that a technician had concerns as noted on the report which stated i needed a complementry multi-point inspection. i responded to the email citing confusion with her response. I've had no reply Amazi g!!! More

Courteous, Proactive, and Effective. I had to go in for the airbag recall. The repair had some complications and they arranged for an uber to pick me up and bring me to them and then the I had to go in for the airbag recall. I was in an out pretty quickly when I first dropped it off and later picked it up. More

Dropped off my Range Rover sport supercharged vehicle and Eric kept me updated every step of the process. I was very pleased that I was given a loaner vs. a rental , for the first time, during servicing, but could be because the Bellevue location and Eric are on top of their game. Difficult To Find The Service Center I have had two experiences with the service department here - the first was better than the last one. They have re-designed the service dept and now y I have had two experiences with the service department here - the first was better than the last one. They have re-designed the service dept and now you go into the door you used to come out of. There's no signage and no way to tell what's going on. A lot boy yelled at me for being in the wrong place. They also need help with their appointment system. I was called three times and sent three more emails to remind me of my appointment - one reminder is sufficient. More

John Shinledecker from Service Department assisted me during my last visit on Oct. 15. I was provided a loaner, as requested and explained in details what had to be done to my car during the service. John expedited the matter and was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodative. Upon releasing my car to me, he provided very helpful information about its handling and offered to contact him at any time should I have any questions or concerns. Great service! Awesome dealership!!! More
