They were VERY excited to sell me a new 2023 Range Rover Sport and were very nice. After the sale service has been quite disappointing. The parts I need are on back order and the service person that was helping me put my account info into the "round" filing cabinet and never followed up, then quit/got fired and I was forgotten. The new service manager has promised that they would pick up the ball and take care of it, but I'm still waiting. Car has been in my garage waiting for months. Not going very well. If the new guy takes car of this quickly I would love to change my review for the better, so this is where I'm at. More

30 days after my purchase and I'm still attempting to get purchase paperwork, title and registration from them. I was also overcharged on fees and have not been reimbursed yet. The sales team I worked way through was very friendly and easy to work with, however the finance team and third party they work with is an absolute disaster. They continue to blame the transition to new ownership, and struggles with an out of state sale, but this is not how a transaction should be handled, especially one of $60k. I had a terrible experience with the servicing of my vehicle. Brought it in on 12/28 to have my 80k maintenace completed, other than the scheduled maintenance, there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. vehicle. Picked it up and just after drving off the lot, the engine light came on. A few days later, was able to drop it off to get the engine light fixed with the replacement of a pressure valve. Picked it up and just after driving off the lot, engine ligth came on again. Dropped it off again to get the fault fixed, which was to replace to faulty 2 oxygen sensors. It took a week and a half before they actually fixed the issues. After replacement of the sensors, apparently, all types of warnings went off during the test drive. Finally yesterday was able to pick it up and have not driven far, but no engine lights. Experience instills little confidence in the service center and 3 times in, cost me $780, then $1,771 and this final repair at $1,378. Would never ever comtemplate purchaing a range rover again. More
