After trying to deal with a couple of other dealers in the Seattle area via email and having no success I contacted Jaguars Bellevue on an SUV that I really liked. Alec responded back right away. In the next week we emailed back and forth and made tentative deal, based on my trade being what I said it was and his SUV being a what he said it was. Everything went as planned and with in an few hour we were on our way home with our new car. Everyone from the guys that prepped the car for delivery to the sales manager were excellent to work with. Marcos was informative, encouraging but not pushy. I told him that I was actually ranking a different brand and dealer first but he still responded as if I was committed. I love my Jaguar E-Pace and glad I ultimately went with what I thought was my second choice. After engaging with about 4 car sales reps with different brands/dealers via email during my buying process, Marcos' demeanor during this whole thing helped seal the deal on the Jaguar. More
