If you read the breakdown of your annual maintenance action details, most are laughable that they actually charge you for ie "checking for recalls" etc. They say that labor alone is $600. What? How?! Again, laughable. Oil and filters together cost around $100 at an auto supply shop up the street and labor should take no more than 1-2hrs at most. I took my car in, and after reviewing the action details, determined they were robbing me blind and asked them to stop service immediately and picked up my car. More

I just wish the time in dealership could be reduced. I am speaking specifically the time it takes to process the purchase side. We spend about 3 hours and most of that time was just waiting.. Having purchased many cars in my lifetime this is typical. Dealerships have a dozen sales staff but they have 1-2 Finance people. I am sure it's a labor issue, but it is a real bottle neck. More

I also frequent Audi of Bellevue and Porsche of Bellevue and they are much more comfortable for waiting as well as a very clear drop off and parking design. More

This is the first time I came to this service center and I don't know anyone there. Sheneta came to greet me friendly. She gave a very reasonable speculation of the issue and it calmed me down. Later she was able to text me timely to inform me the checking progress and the issues with the car. I got my car repaired timely and really appreciate the overall assistance and the professionalism of the service. I also appreciated the help from the front desk and the technicians. They assist in each steps as needed in an effective way. I'll recommend this center to anyone else. More

Inflated service costs and service errors We took our 2017 Discovery to the dealer for a problem with one of the tires. This small repair turned into an unexpected service (for other things) t We took our 2017 Discovery to the dealer for a problem with one of the tires. This small repair turned into an unexpected service (for other things) that costed around $900, which is only 4 months after regular service that also did cost around $800. The most concerning part was around $600 labor cost done in 45 mins and our service agent implied it was done by 1 person. When we complained about the inflated labor cost, they reduced our bill, but was still unreasonably expensive. When we asked if these high service costs (around a total of $1700 between two visits only 4 months apart) are reasonable, we were told that this is the expected cost of maintaining a Land Rover. In addition, later that day we realized that the maintenance crew set incorrect pressure levels for the tires (50psi for front and 44 for back when it should be 44psi for front and 50 for back). We had to go back the next day and spend another 1.5 hours for the fix. During that time, we didn't interact with any service professionals, but the reception staff was very helpful and they coordinated with the maintenance crew to make sure the tires were fixed. This experience was definitely disappointing and not what we were expecting when we decided to buy a Land Rover. More
