Our buying experience was the best we have ever had. Our sales consultant Sami was knowledgeable on all of the models we looked at. Sami showed us several other models on the lot so we could compare. He was able to inform us on the differences of each model. We left the dealership to do some more research. There was never a phone call or text back to us trying to pressure us into buying a model we weren’t 100% on. A couple of days later we went back in to look at another vehicle we had see online and ended up purchasing that day. It was one of the friendliest smoothest purchases we have ever had. After the check engine light came on in my LR4, I took it in for service. The service department has a month wait, but they kept my vehicle and were able to fit in the work and I got my vehicle back in a wee in for service. Zoran was great and gave me great service. My only complaint is that all the imperfections of the truck were not mentioned.
