Great experience! They offered the best deal on the vehicle we had seen yet (and we had been looking for four months) and they were willing to hold it for us! Bought a car from LR/Jag- not a fan My wife and I purchased a car from Landrover Jag recently- we were both completely unimpressed. They claimed a full set of tires and oil change would My wife and I purchased a car from Landrover Jag recently- we were both completely unimpressed. They claimed a full set of tires and oil change would be done before we picked up the car (used) but then tried to leave it out of the contract. Then it was promised that they would service it before pickup 3 days after purchase. Nothing was done except a car wash and detail. It took weeks to get it scheduled for the tire change and they kept wanting me to prove that it was in the “we owe” section of my contract. They acted like they had no idea who I was or what they still owed me despite speaking with the same rep multiple times and proving this multiple times (they could have just as easily asked their sales team for this paperwork not me). They service rep acted like it is routine for them to send customers over with a recently purchased used car and an understanding that work would be included, only to be informed that it wasn’t in the contract. Watch out for this dealership. Unless you’re paying sticker price for a brand new vehicle from the show room they will find ways to either rip you off or ruin your day/week/month. (The sales team was rather nice- only reason I gave 2 stars. But it stops there. Management and the entire process was worse than the other 6 cars I have purchased from dealers) More
