Great experience! They offered the best deal on the vehicle we had seen yet (and we had been looking for four months) and they were willing to hold it for us! We fly in from Idaho to purchase a vehicle and they even picked me up from the airport! Even with travel and all of that, it saved us almost $5,000!! Would most certainly purchase from them again! Bought a car from LR/Jag- not a fan My wife and I purchased a car from Landrover Jag recently- we were both completely unimpressed. They claimed a full set of tires and oil change would be done before we picked up the car (used) but then tried to leave it out of the contract. Then it was promised that they would service it before pickup 3 days after purchase. Nothing was done except a car wash and detail. It took weeks to get it scheduled for the tire change and they kept wanting me to prove that it was in the “we owe” section of my contract. They acted like they had no idea who I was or what they still owed me despite speaking with the same rep multiple times and proving this multiple times (they could have just as easily asked their sales team for this paperwork not me). They service rep acted like it is routine for them to send customers over with a recently purchased used car and an understanding that work would be included, only to be informed that it wasn’t in the contract. Watch out for this dealership. Unless you’re paying sticker price for a brand new vehicle from the show room they will find ways to either rip you off or ruin your day/week/month. (The sales team was rather nice- only reason I gave 2 stars. But it stops there. Management and the entire process was worse than the other 6 cars I have purchased from dealers) More
Unethical For a luxury car service this felt worse than being at Ford. My side mirror was hit and I called for a replacement mirror and they told me it would be For a luxury car service this felt worse than being at Ford. My side mirror was hit and I called for a replacement mirror and they told me it would be $1800 including labor but to bring it in for an exact quote. I did that and they said it would be $1200 for the part and 1.5 hours of labor, but they had to order the parts- but that the cover was still intact and they could use it. A week passed and I hadn’t heard from them so I called to follow up and they told me that they had already received the part. I’m still unsure of why they didn’t tell me. Then I went in and told them I would wait. After 3 hours I go to check and my car is still outside and hasn’t been worked on. They give me excuses of why but say that if I’m willing to wait 1 hour they would get it done. 30 minutes later they come and say they don’t have the piece they need and had to go to Seattle to get it and that my car wouldn’t be ready until the next day. When I went to pick up the car they charged me $2300 and said they would show me the parts they replaced- they brought everything to me EXCEPT the cover, which they said had to be replaced and which they charged me for. They said they guess they threw my cover away and they couldn’t find it in the trash. It makes no sense and is extremely shady. Then when I asked to speak to a supervisor they offered me $200 off of an oil change. Each time I asked to speak w a supervisor they made me wait 30-60 minutes, seemingly so that I would let it go. I paid the whole bill and left. But I will never go back. Outrageous, duplicitous conduct. I’m appalled. More

Overcrowded & At times unpleasant I've been to this center 3 times...the first was for a recall on my brand new RR...they were aware of why I was coming in, but failed to confirm the p I've been to this center 3 times...the first was for a recall on my brand new RR...they were aware of why I was coming in, but failed to confirm the part needed was even available. I wasted 2 hours of my work day for nothing. All three times I have been in...it appears completely overcrowded. Why make so many appointments and keep people waiting. In all my visits I have been uncomfortable with the people who work there and even those who come for service. This last visit they tried to tell me I needed a $750 service for a car that has 6000 miles on it. Not impressed. More
