Zoran was easy & quick to work with making the process stress free! Then off to financing- Rachel was excellent to work with! Quick, very informative and Stress free! Great! I worked with Sheneta Dailey throughout the several weeks my car was in the shop. She was amazing. While no one wants to be without their car for that I worked with Sheneta Dailey throughout the several weeks my car was in the shop. She was amazing. While no one wants to be without their car for that long, she made the process smooth in assuring my logistic needs were met. Her communication was great and I had consistent status updates on the service. I never felt like the process was unsatisfactory, despite the time it took to fix my car. It felt like she was going above and beyond but the longer I worked with Sheneta, the more I realized this is just her M.O. Having said that, I've noticed a scent of exhaust which appears to be coming through the AC vents. I'm giving it an opportunity to clear out before determining it's something that needs to checked out. More
