However, since leaving the facility I have had a difficult time getting return calls and follow up to our car purchase. I went into the dealership left my name and number - no return call. I left two voice messages - and after second voice message received a text response! Three days ago I sent an email to the Sales Manager asking for assistance - still not response from him directly. Two days ago received phone call from service department finally. But no response from original sales person or the sales manager. This post sales experience has been less than acceptable. More
Arrogant I was surprised to be told that "we no longer supply loaners for normal service appointments" - that was said to me .. and when i purchased the lease I was surprised to be told that "we no longer supply loaners for normal service appointments" - that was said to me .. and when i purchased the lease on the car I specifically asked if that was available and told "Yes of Course" .. The gentleman was quite arrogant about my car. The breaks started squeaking - so I had asked to have them looked at. He explained to me (who has had the car for 2 years now) This is not a Lexus or Honda this is a High Performance Car - the brakes squeak if you dont handle it correctly. I'm sorry .. EXCUSE ME? I haven't had squeaky breaks for 2 years -- but apparently i don't know how to drive the car. Honestly - I'm not sure what changed here .. but I felt very put off and not worthy to be driving the car. More

I thank you for not thinking that I am just a woman, I have seen that some places but Randy took me serious from the phone call I gave him two weeks prior in to coming to buy the car two, three times answer all my questions properly when I left him a message he called me back I think he was the reason I ended up with my favorite car. Post-Sale Experience not great, BUT 5 STAR SERVICE CENTER! I absolutely love my car. I love the Jaguar company. I have high expectations of customer service, especially after being a Ford customer (SUPER-cust. I absolutely love my car. I love the Jaguar company. I have high expectations of customer service, especially after being a Ford customer (SUPER-cust. svc focused) for a decade and a Mercedes customer for 4 years (possibly spoiled me!), my automotive Customer Experience has been fantastic. But I didn't get a time set up with their concierge to explain how all the new bells and whistles work. They gave me the contact information and I had to reach out, instead of the dealership coming to me to see if I could use extra service. Also, when I bought my 2018 Jaguar F-type Convertible, I was not given a spare tire or the alternative to this which is an in-car Tire Repair Kit. I had a flat that took 2 hours to fix: no spare, could have put on a donut and driven to a dealership or to work. We had to haul the car to the dealership to replace the tire. And they wanted to perform my YEARLY service: in their records the car is listed as being sold in February 2018, but I purchased the car in August of 2018. It's on my paperwork wrong. So my service schedule is off. That was WEIRD.... Other car companies have sent me emails and texts to remind me when service appointments were coming up, but I've received no emails from Jaguar regarding service. Also, I'm still driving around without a spare or a tire repair kit! NOT OK. So I'm wondering if it's just this dealership? They're giving it a great shot. They're very friendly. They're prompt. But the CUSTOMER SERVICE after purchase did not blow me away. It has been "meh" for me. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT, however, gets FIVE STARS! They are on top of it! If you need work done, they're fast, efficient, do high quality work, and they're flexible. More
