Went in due to acceleration system error I went in due to system acceleration error that turned out to be a bug that was fixed by a system update. The rep kept pushing the recommended annual I went in due to system acceleration error that turned out to be a bug that was fixed by a system update. The rep kept pushing the recommended annual service many times despite my clear answer no, even tried intimidating me by saying alot of warranty will not be honored if you don't do it/ Really?? Trying to scare me to do it? The ultimate issue when he refuses to do the oil change that was due, he kept making up some BS that they cannot do it unless it is part of the annual maintenance $900+ And l was very irate at that point and left to another oil center to do and wasted hours because no one had proper filters for my vehicle and at a certain point, I called the other location Seattle Landover and asked them if they would do oil changes and they said ofcourse!!!! They said there was no reason they couldn't. That is extremely disappointing and I will be reporting these unethical practices that Bellevue Landover did. I did call the Manager the manager the next day and told them what Their service rep Nick did. I got an apology and was promised that they would rectify the situation. I will see what happens. More

Trade in Typically when you go to a dealership to buy a car it can be very stressful and sometimes gets the nerves going. Working with Alec was the complete op Typically when you go to a dealership to buy a car it can be very stressful and sometimes gets the nerves going. Working with Alec was the complete opposite of that. He’s friendly, professional, charismatic and much more making my experience there above any other dealership experience I’ve ever been through. After, going through finance with Layla was the fastest I’ve ever been through. Jaguar has an active board that makes signing and reading very fast and very easy. Everyone hates spending countless hours at the dealership and this definitely helped speed the process. Overall, couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and would recommend this dealership to everyone. More

From the moment I walked in, the front desk service coordinator greeted me & got my checked in. Eric came out quickly after, & explained the windshield recall/check & got me set up to have one of my wheels fixed. Eric, Robin & the Coordinator treated me like a VIP! Outstanding service! More
