Robin Cares I came in for one of those frustrating "I heard a noise" problems, a noise that doesn't always happen and so it is hard to replicate. The first person who met me didn't seem that genuinely interested or made me feel like they didn't really believe me (they were helping Robin as she was busy). I had to repeat the issue and circumstances multiple times to them. I wasn't feeling listened to. Then Robin came and took over and everything changed. She came outside and listened whilst I explained the problem. She listened whilst I tried to replicate it and she confirmed I was not going mad and noted she heard it too. She then had the shop work on it and was bang on time to call me at 13:00 to tell me the outcome. great service and Robin made me feel like she cared - and believed me. Thank you Robin! More

Don't Waste Your Money or Time I have been having nonstop problems with my car for the last year. Nothing gets fixed, customer service sucks and product sucks. The new model is horrible and I have had nothing but problems. GM is no help, Service Manager is no help. No one would call me back then they damaged the interior of my car this last time I took it in for issues. I have filed 2 complaints with corporate and nothing has been done. More
Didn’t resolve issues, again Scope was to fix telephone connectivity, Sirius issues and voice control. Only telephone connectivity was fixed. Not worth it :( The reason i pay so much for service is get a nice loaner and a quick turnaround time. This dealership never has loaners available and they give a enterprise rent a car (much lower quality than a jaguar). The whole checkin process takes 1.5 - 2 hours.. The person at the service center is very nice to talk to. But their process is not good, not efficient, time consuming and i end up driving a lower standard loaner. I love jaguars, but I would stay from this dealership for my next purchase, due to my service experience. More
